A complete system for men who know they’re capable of more—in their body, health, marriage, leadership, purpose, and life.
You built the business. You provide. On paper, you won. And the life on paper buys you silence: nobody checks on the guy who's winning.
So you carry all of it alone. The payroll. The marriage that's fine but not what it was. The body that's one skipped year from gone. And the quiet arithmetic your wife has been doing for a while, where you said you'd be up at six and you weren't, and she noticed.
No serious fighter walks into a ring without a corner. A coach with a gameplan. Men who see what he can't. Somebody telling him the truth between rounds.
Your life is the biggest fight you'll ever take. And you've got no one in your corner.
Too busy. Too stressed. Too much going on. You'll get to it tomorrow, or next week. Stop putting off improvement. Your loved ones need you to be better.
Non-negotiables in all six areas of your life, and a corner of men who will not let you slide.
You've been told your whole life you can have the body or the business. The money or the marriage. The grind or the fun.
The truth is you can have it all.
At 36 I was fresh off a divorce, fighting for custody of my daughter, in a new city with no clients and $37 to my name. Chasing distractions and waiting for my life to change while refusing to change anything about myself.
I'm 41 now. Black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, 24 years on the mats. Built a multi-million dollar agency on systems that run without me. Husband. A father who does the school pickup and still builds the business.
Martial arts didn't just build my body. It killed my fear of confrontation. I can walk into any room, with anybody, and say exactly what I think, with respect and zero fear of the fallout.
I didn't find a hack. I set standards in every area of my life, built myself a corner of coaches and brothers, and refused to negotiate either one down. Now I show the blueprint.
Test, don't guess. Bloodwork on day one, hybrid training, nutrition, recovery. The machine that carries everything else.
Prayer, gratitude, surrender. The anchor that keeps a strong man from becoming a lonely one.
Lead your woman and hold space for her. Raise kids who watch the standard instead of hearing about it.
Systems before salary. Build income you actually control, with the people who taught me in the room.
The life the money was supposed to buy. Time, fun, adventure, and zero guilt about any of it.
Fight your fears, your insecurities, and the voice in your head every day, so you stop fighting yourself and the people you love.
The current version of you. Your limits across the six F's have become your identity, and that's what we're here to change.
There are a few different payment options. The program is not cheap. You either want it or you don't.
Ten to fifteen in the first cohort. I run the group calls and stays close to this one, and that only works at a small number. It's a real cap, not a marketing number.
No. It's deliberately uncomfortable, because that's what keeps the room to men who are genuinely ready rather than men looking to be rescued. If it isn't there right now, that's a real answer and it's respected. Go handle the free things first: sleep, training, bloodwork. Then come back.
Every application gets read. If it looks like a fit, you'll get a call booked. If it doesn't, you'll be told why rather than left waiting. Once you're in, your onboarding call is where you score your six F's and build the six-month gameplan.
Yes. Six sessions, one a month, with your own coach. If you want a weekly cadence instead, that upgrade is available inside the program and you'll map it out on your onboarding call.
One live call a week, one coaching call a month, daily pod check-ins that take two minutes, and four training days. If four hours a week isn't available, that's not a schedule problem. That's exactly the problem this fixes.
You have to train, but nobody's throwing you onto the mats on day one. First we get you in fighting shape. Then we push you toward a combat sport, because that's where you lose your fear of confrontation for good. White belt at 40 is the goal, not the prerequisite.
It's the exact time. There's a divorced-men-only room inside the brotherhood, and we're there for the hard stretches and for helping you make sense of what's actually happening. We don't rebuild the marriage. We rebuild the man.
No. It's coaching, training, and brotherhood. If you're dealing with a clinical issue, we'll say so plainly and point you to the right professional, and the program will still be here.
Two minutes. I read every application.
